What to expect from your first request to the final walkthrough.
Submit a request
Describe the work in your own words and attach photos or a short video.
Photo review or site visit
Smaller jobs can often be priced from photos. Larger jobs need a site visit to take measurements and check conditions.
Written estimate
The estimate sets out the scope, price, inclusions, exclusions and expected schedule.
Agreement and approvals
Once you approve the estimate, we arrange the permits and prepare co-op or condo board paperwork when needed.
The work
Work areas are protected and cleaned daily, and one project contact keeps you informed. Any change is priced and approved in writing before it is done.
Inspection and walkthrough
We complete the required inspections, walk through the work with you and finish the punch list before final payment.
